Thank you for choosing Zynclog. We strive to provide the best possible experience with our platform. Because we handle billing transparently and partner with industry-standard financial infrastructure, we outline our exact cancellation and refund terms below.


1. Merchant of Record

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides customer service inquiries regarding billing, payments, and returns.

By subscribing to Zynclog, you acknowledge and agree to be bound by Paddle's Buyer Terms and Conditions in addition to our own Terms of Service.


2. Subscription Cancellations

Zynclog operates on a recurring subscription model (billed monthly or annually).


3. Refund Eligibility

Because Paddle acts as the legal Merchant of Record, all refunds are audited and processed in accordance with strict compliance frameworks:

You are eligible for a full refund within 14 days of your initial subscription purchase if:

Automatic Renewals

Automatic subscription renewals are generally non-refundable. We send automated notification emails prior to renewal events to ensure you have ample time to modify or cancel your plan.

Special Discrepancies

If you believe you have a unique case (e.g., severe service downtime affecting operations), please reach out to us. Exceptional refunds are issued entirely at our discretion or the discretion of Paddle.


4. How to Request a Refund

If you meet the eligibility criteria above, you can initiate a refund request through any of the following channels:

  1. Via Email: Contact our support team directly at support@zynclog.com using the email address associated with your account. Please include your Paddle Order ID.
  2. Via Paddle Directly: Visit paddle.net to use their instant buyer support chat or contact their help desk with your receipt information.
  3. Via Your Receipt: Click the "View receipt" link in your original email confirmation from Paddle and select the support options provided.

5. Chargebacks and Disputes

We strongly encourage you to contact our support team or Paddle's buyer assistance before filing a formal dispute or chargeback with your bank. Unannounced chargebacks freeze funds arbitrarily and can result in the immediate suspension of your Zynclog account and data access while the bank investigation occurs (which can take up to 90 days). We resolve valid refund requests much faster than banking institutions.
