Terms of Service

Welcome to Zynclog. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Zynclog application, website, and associated services (collectively, the "Service"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account, logging in (via Google or other OAuth providers), or purchasing a subscription, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you may not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Zynclog provides an application and dashboard for logging, project tracking, and management. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time, with or without notice.

3. Account Registration & Security

To use certain features, you must register for an account using a supported third-party authentication provider (e.g., Google).

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
• We are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to protect your account.

4. Subscriptions and Payments

Zynclog offers premium features through paid subscription tiers (e.g., Pro, Agency).

• Merchant of Record: All payments, subscriptions, billing, and tax processing are securely handled by our Merchant of Record, Paddle. By subscribing, you also agree to Paddle’s Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.
• Billing Cycle: Subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring basis as determined by your selected plan.
• Cancellations: You may cancel your subscription at any time through your dashboard. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing cycle; no partial refunds are provided.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use Zynclog to:

• Violate any local, state, national, or international law.
• Infringe upon the intellectual property rights of others.
• Attempt to hack, destabilize, or bypass the security of the Service, our edge network, or our databases.
• Scrape, data-mine, or systematically extract data from the Service without express permission.

6. Intellectual Property

The Zynclog code, design, architecture, and original content are the intellectual property of Zynclog and its creators. You may not duplicate, copy, or reuse any portion of the visual design elements or concepts without express written permission.

7. Data and Privacy

Your privacy is important to us. Our data handling practices, including how we store information securely across our edge infrastructure and databases, are outlined in our Privacy Policy. By using the Service, you consent to the collection and use of your data as described in that policy.

8. Limitation of Liability

Zynclog is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the reliability, accuracy, or availability of the Service. In no event shall Zynclog, its developers, or affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the Service.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of any significant changes by updating the "updatedAt" date at the top of this document or via email. Continued use of the Service following any changes indicates your acceptance of the new Terms.
