Billing & Subscriptions
Zynclog uses a transparent, usage-based billing model. We partner with Paddle to securely process all payments, ensuring compliance with global and Indian financial regulations (including GST).
Subscription Tiers
We offer three tiers tailored to the scale of your operations:
- Free: Perfect for solo developers. Includes basic project management, standard milestones, and standard rate limits.
- Pro: Designed for active freelancers. Unlocks the "Dev-to-Client" AI translator, secure client-sharing links, and priority database access.
- Agency: Built for scaling teams. Includes automated monthly value digests, scope-creep detection, and unlimited active projects.
Managing Your Payment Methods
You can update your payment methods at any time directly from the Settings > Billing tab in your dashboard.
- Supported Methods: We accept all major Credit/Debit cards, UPI, and Netbanking.
- Invoicing: Tax-compliant invoices (including GST details) are automatically generated and emailed to you after every successful billing cycle. You can also download past invoices from the billing dashboard.
Cancellations & Refunds
How to Cancel
You may cancel your subscription at any time. When you cancel, you will immediately lose auto-renew status, but you will retain full access to your Pro or Agency features until the end of your current billing cycle.
Strict No Refund Policy
All sales on Zynclog are final. Because our service instantly provisions dedicated computational resources—including cloud compute, rate-limiting caching, and database storage—we operate on a strict no-refund policy. We do not offer prorated refunds for mid-cycle cancellations, downgraded plans, or unused time.
If you have a billing dispute or suspect fraudulent activity on your account, please contact support@zynclog.com immediately.
External Cancellations & Payment Failures
If your auto-renewal payment fails due to an expired card, insufficient funds, or if you revoke the payment mandate directly through your bank/credit card provider, your subscription will be automatically paused by our payment processor.
When this happens:
- Instant Downgrade: Your account will be immediately downgraded to the Free tier.
- Data Preservation: We will never delete your existing projects, milestones, or client timelines. Your data is safe.
- Feature Lock: Premium features (like AI Updates and custom domains) will be disabled, and any projects exceeding the Free tier limits will be placed in a Read-Only state.
To reactivate your premium features and unlock your projects, simply update your payment method in the Settings dashboard.
